Will you start transformative coaching today?
At Innr Balance, we believe that an employee can truly thrive only when they understand their talents, know how to use them optimally, and align them with the vision and career paths offered by their employer. Additionally, certain challenges faced by the employee can impact their ability to perform at their best, sometimes leading to absenteeism or unexpected declines in performance.
Innr Balance offers coaching for employees who want to better understand how to advance their growth or are experiencing stagnation due to personal challenges. Through customized coaching programs tailored to the needs of both the employee and the employer, we ensure the right balance between maximizing the employee’s potential and meeting the employer’s requirements for effective collaboration.

How does a trajectory look like?
We have a vision on how coaching processes for employees can be structured to ensure effectiveness for the employee, the manager, and the organization.
Of course, customized formats are possible in consultation, especially if it concerns a short but intensive goal-setting conversation for the employee. If a customized format is desired, this can be mentioned in the application or contact form. We will then be happy to inform you about the possibilities based on the coaching request.
Expectation Talk
With: Employee, Lead & Coach
During the (optional) expectation-setting conversation of 30 to 45 minutes, we as coaches will discuss with the employee and lead the challenges the employee is facing. We will align on what both parties view as a positive outcome of the coaching process.
Intake
With: Employee & Coach
During the 1.5-hour intake conversation, the goals are discussed, the current situation is evaluated, practical arrangements are made, and confidentiality is ensured. This conversation lays the foundation for the subsequent coaching sessions.
Coach Sessions
With: Employee & Coach
During the 1.5-hour coaching sessions, we work on the challenges identified during the intake conversation. We analyze the causes, develop a clear future vision, and create practical steps to achieve it.
In the final session, we evaluate the progress. Additional sessions can be scheduled if needed, and coaching processes can always be extended.
Round-off
With: Employee, Lead & Coach
During the 45-minute round-off, we discuss the achieved results in a conversation with the employee, lead, and coach. This helps bridge the insights gained during coaching with the work environment. The lead receives tools to support the employee after the coaching process and to foster an effective work environment.
Follow-up
With: Employee & Coach
During a one-hour follow-up conversation, 3 months after the coaching process, we evaluate the progress of the goals, discuss lasting effects and challenges, celebrate successes, set new goals if needed, and provide additional advice. This conversation promotes the long-term effectiveness of the coaching and checks whether the tools learned are being applied.
