      The Body is our instrument with which we are enabled to act on our life’s mission and could support mental growth. 

      At Innr Balance, we are amazed by the impact the physical being can have on the Mind & Soul. Your Body, which is constantly sending intuitive signals about how you are feeling, and what your needs are. Yet, we often seem to far attached from this Mind-Body connection.

      When we touch base upon the body in the coaching trajectory, we help you restore and strengthen the Mind-Body connection as well as help you understand how to act on this intuitive feedback.

      The Soul

      The Soul is who we are in our core: your authentic being, Living authentically means staying true to your desires, values and who you really are. Being led by your passions and aspirations.

      When we work on The Soul in our coaching, we help you discover your true self and to trust your intuition. We would like you to be inspired by your own life’s mission. To truly embrace it, where we support you in discovering how to start living by your passions to ensure a fulfilled and energetic way of living.
